HOT STONE MASSAGE As its name suggests, a hot stone massage involves using heated stones. The stones are placed on the body in specific spots, either guided anatomically or on energy points believed to help aid balance and flow. The Hot Stones are then gently massaged around the body to ease any anxieties, tensions and pains. 60mins Back / Shoulders & Arms - £40 90mins Full Body - £60 *It’s comforting and relaxing *The heat aids depth *Relief from tension and pain *Aids sleep *Relief from stress and anxiety I recommend - That you wear loose, comfortable clothing which will be easy to change in and out of. Post-treatment - That you rest, a feeling of drowsiness and deep relaxation is common. Drink plenty of water to aid the body in flushing out toxins released during treatment. Hydration will also help reduce the likelihood of aches, pains or headaches post-massage. Gift Vouchers are also available so you can treat your friends and family.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to confirm your appointment, help protect our small business and cover costs. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable unless you reschedule your at least 24 hours before the appointment time. You can reschedule up to 24 hours prior to your appointment, anything within the 24-hour window can not be rescheduled and you will unfortunately lose your deposit should you not attend. If you have been gifted a voucher please text me with dates that are suitable for you and I will get you booked in. As treatment costs have risen slightly this year, your voucher will still cover all costs to the treatments chosen, at the time of sale.
